off “Mirezzi” at the WATMM forums: “Spielberg has come under criticism from Israel for portraying the ugly side of retaliation and vengeance. I maintain my suspicions that a film like this, made by a guy of Spielberg’s dubious quality, will invariably pump up the anti-Islam crowds. It’s similar to how there’s really no such thing as an “anti-war” war film because war is always glamorized on the silver screen. I expect Munich to put a glossy sheen on the idea, despite moral consequences, that we gotta track down every Islamicist rat on the planet and kill them while they sleep.”
No. This movie wiil not make people or shine up the idea to kill Islamicists when they sleep. Come on.
