Curse of the Cat People / U.S.A. / 1944
Money back! Not a trace of the cat people, just the appearance of Simone Simon as a child’s fantasy friend, in a banal lesson to the bland Kent Smith to loosen up and join in his kid’s fantasy life. A couple of effective dark-shadows mood scenes, but of little interest all in all.
