The Night Listener / USA / 2006

Interesting for having a gay central character whose sexuality is not the focus of the film but crashingly dull for every other reason imaginable. No plot, no surprises, no point.

Tom, I wonder if you if you caught 20/20 last night. They delved into the true story behind The Night Listener, including interviews with the original author and star Robin Williams. It was an interesting and at times unsettling look at how the mind can decieve and be decieved…and, I imagine, it was much more interesting than this film.
