BATMAN: You’re not the mayor.
THE PENGUIN: Things change.
BATMAN: What do you want?
THE PENGUIN: Ah, the direct approach. I admire that from a man with a mask.
[laughs, then turns serious]
THE PENGUIN: You don’t really think you’ll win, do you?
BATMAN: Things change.
[At that point, Catwoman, having set a department store to blow, caterwauls into the middle of the confrontation. They stare at her, momentarily nonplussed]
CATWOMAN: Miaow!
