But this, I think, is appropriate behavior for a zombie marathon. There are few, if any, genres that subscribe to the marathon format as well as the zombie movie: you begin alert and human by some measure, and emerge from it, hours later, in a sort of daze, your meager consciousness instilled solely by determination, staggering up from your seat with just enough balance to through your momentum forward toward the exit.
